About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and adaptable Retail Store Assistant to join their remote team, supporting operations based out of Norwich . While the role is primarily remote, it involves supporting the physical retail operations by managing online inquiries, coordinating online sales, and assisting with digital customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone regarding products, orders, and services.
• Assist in managing the online store, including updating product details and processing online orders.
• Coordinate with physical store teams for click-and-collect orders or stock inquiries.
