Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs and inquiries.
• Process customer purchases accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system .
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including restocking shelves and tidying displays.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, such as receiving deliveries and checking stock levels.
• Support the store team in achieving sales targets and maintaining high standards.
• Ensure adherence to company policies regarding customer service and store operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is beneficial.
