Three UK is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Assistant Store Manager in Bangor to support the Store Manager in daily retail operations and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will lead a team, coach colleagues, and ensure the store meets sales targets while delivering outstanding service.

The role offers a full-time schedule (37.5 hours across 5 days, including weekends on rotation) with an excellent basic salary plus a 15% on-target monthly bonus, and a 6-month duration.
