Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Drive sales performance through effective team leadership, sales training, and implementation of strategic sales initiatives.
• Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service, resolving customer issues promptly and effectively to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Recruit, train, develop, and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Monitor store performance metrics, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and visually appealing store environment that aligns with brand standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager, with a strong track record of success in sales and team leadership.
• Excellent understanding of retail operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and customer service best practices.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using retail Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
