You will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations, from customer service and sales to staff management and inventory control. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security.
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to create an attractive and engaging store environment.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocktaking, to minimize losses and ensure product availability.
• Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
• Excellent understanding of retail operations, including sales techniques, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
• A customer-centric approach with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by the business needs.
