Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of store operations, including staffing, sales, inventory, and customer service.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass store sales targets.
• Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team of retail associates.
• Ensure the store maintains impeccable visual merchandising standards and a clean, welcoming environment.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and minimize stock loss.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of retail sales principles and customer service best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Experience with inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve key performance indicators.
