Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and visual merchandising.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team, fostering a culture of excellent customer service.
• Achieve and exceed store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Implement and maintain company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels, process stock deliveries, and conduct regular stock takes.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Demonstrable success in driving sales and managing team performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory control.
