Key Responsibilities

• Manage all store operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising to maximize sales and profitability.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Demonstrated success in driving sales, managing teams, and achieving operational excellence.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer engagement.
• Excellent understanding of retail KPIs, inventory management, and visual merchandising principles.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business needs in Aberdeen .
