Key Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a team of retail staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager, with a track record of success.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.

• Proficiency in retail operations , including inventory management and sales reporting.
