Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead their flagship store in the heart of Aberdeen . You will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires a natural leader who can inspire a team, manage inventory effectively, and maintain high visual merchandising standards. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team to achieve sales targets and customer service goals.
- Manage stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising, to optimize availability and minimize loss.
- Ensure the store consistently meets customer service standards, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising guidelines to create an appealing and engaging store environment.
- Control operational costs, including labor and expenses, to ensure profitability.
- Conduct regular staff training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- Demonstrable success in driving sales and achieving targets in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coach and develop staff.
- Excellent understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising .
- Proficiency in using retail POS systems and basic financial reporting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
