Key Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.

• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar supervisory role.
• Demonstrated success in driving sales and achieving retail targets.

• Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective retail strategies.
