About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and staff scheduling.

• Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a high-performing retail team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve retail KPIs.
