Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail assistants to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Manage inventory levels, stock control, and visual merchandising to maximize product appeal and sales opportunities.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotions.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and welcoming for both customers and staff.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a similar fast-paced retail setting.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and manage a team effectively.
