Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise and motivate sales associates to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolving queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Support with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
• Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail supervisory role or as a senior sales associate.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
