Retail Team Lead: Coaching, Sales & Store Ops

Urban Outfitters in Worcester Park is seeking a committed Full Time Team Leader (40 hours) to support the store management team in creating a vibrant environment that fosters creativity, employee development and the VIBE philosophy.

You will recruit, develop and lead a high-performing team, drive sales through exceptional service and maintain rigorous standards in merchandising, stock control and health and safety. Flexible Monday to Sunday availability is required to cover shifts.
