Retail Team Leader | Flexible Hours, Perks & Impact

Co-op is looking for a Customer Team Leader to head a small team in a store in the United Kingdom. You’ll lead on shift, supervise colleagues on the shop floor and tills, and ensure smooth daily operations while supporting merchandising and stock control.

You’ll be a visible presence in the community and help promote Co-op membership. The role is 15 hours per week with regular overtime on a part-time basis, working 2pm–10pm on Wednesdays and Saturdays, with a starting pay of £14.48 per hour.
