Retail Team Leader - Part-Time, 30.5 hrs

Asda in Sandbach is seeking a Team Leader to drive daily store operations. You will lead a team of colleagues to deliver excellent service and ensure shelves are stocked and standards are high.

You will manage your section—replenishment, checkouts, grocery or fresh food—across a 30.5 hour, part-time schedule, coaching and motivating others while using data to help your team meet targets and maintain a welcoming store environment.
