About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and inspiring Retail Team Leader to join their established store in Belfast . In this role, you will support the management team in the day-to-day running of the store, focusing on leading a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. You will be responsible for motivating your team, ensuring operational standards are met, and contributing to a positive store atmosphere. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of retail sales associates to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting.
• Ensure store standards, including merchandising and cleanliness, are maintained to the highest level.
• Support staff training and development, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
• Deputise for the Store Manager or Assistant Manager in their absence.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment, with some supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-centric approach with a passion for service excellence.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed in Belfast .
