Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and team performance.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and uphold service standards.

• Support with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising initiatives.
