About the Role

We are recruiting for a proactive and inspiring Retail Team Leader to join a leading store in Manchester . In this role, you will be responsible for leading a small team of sales associates, driving performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will act as a key point of contact for both customers and staff, embodying the company's values and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team of retail assistants to meet sales objectives.
• Provide outstanding customer service, building rapport and assisting with product selection.
• Ensure the store is well-maintained, visually appealing, and stocked appropriately.
• Assist with training new team members and provide ongoing coaching.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and professionally.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably with some supervisory responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
