About the Role

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Retail Team Leader to join their dynamic team in Sheffield . As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding and motivating a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. This role involves supporting the store management in day-to-day operations, ensuring store standards are maintained, and fostering a positive work environment. You will be a key point of contact for customers and staff, embodying the brand's values and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of retail associates, providing guidance and support to achieve performance goals.
• Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening, closing, and cash handling procedures.
• Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered.
• Oversee stock management, including receiving deliveries, merchandising, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Maintain store presentation, ensuring it is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail supervisory or team leader role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
