Retail Team Leader

About the Role

Our client is searching for a motivated and experienced Retail Team Leader to guide and inspire their team at the Oxford store. This role involves supporting the Store Manager in daily operations, leading by example, and ensuring a high level of customer service and operational efficiency. You will be instrumental in fostering a positive team environment and driving sales performance within the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure the store environment is well-maintained, visually appealing, and adheres to brand standards.
• Support with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising activities.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Contribute to training and development of team members, reinforcing company values and procedures in Oxford .

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within retail.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings, as required by store operations.
