About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Retail Visual Merchandiser to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing visually appealing displays that attract customers and enhance the shopping experience in their retail locations. This position offers a blend of remote planning and on-site execution, allowing for creative input from a distance and hands-on implementation in stores. You will play a crucial role in shaping the brand's aesthetic and driving product appeal through compelling visual presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute compelling visual merchandising strategies for in-store displays, window presentations, and product showcases.
• Create store layout plans that optimize traffic flow and product visibility.
• Collaborate with store managers and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and effective product placement.
• Source and manage props, fixtures, and signage to support visual merchandising initiatives.
• Stay updated on current visual merchandising trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a related visual display role within retail.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful visual merchandising examples.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, spatial design, and retail display principles.
• Proficiency with design software is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
