Job IntroductionJob Title: Retirement Living OfficerLocation: Base in Stafford with regular travel across Stafford areaHours: 35 hours per week (to work across five days per week)Contract: PermanentSalary: £26,747.08 per annum plus Essential Car User AllowanceWe currently have a great opportunity for a Retirement Living Officer to join our Care Plus team on a permanent basis. We’re looking for a caring, dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.The RoleAs a Retirement Living Officer, you will provide an effective Enhanced Housing Management service to all residents living in a retirement housing environment. You will provide onsite management and supervision to maintenance, health and safety and cleanliness within the retirement housing schemes and will be the main point of contact providing a visible and excellent customer service to residents and visitors.Skills and experience required:Experience of working in a customer focused environmentExperience of taking a hands on approach to solving problemsGood organisational skillsCompetent in using IT packages including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel etcAbility to work effectively under pressureExcellent verbal, written and face to face communication skillsFull UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle as travel across the county will be requiredDue to the nature of this post, the role is subject to an Enhanced with Adult Barred DBS disclosure.What we can offer you :As well as a comprehensive induction programme and excellent learning opportunities; with mandatory and specialist training available, we can offer 25 days holiday (pro rata) plus bank holidays.
