Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is seeking a permanent, full‑time scheme manager for the School Gardens retirement living scheme in Stourport. 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will lead a welcoming environment where residents feel safe, connected and able to live independently.

You will engage with local groups and colleges, manage budgets and contracts, oversee maintenance and tenancy agreements, and drive a high‑quality service across the community.
