Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy and average daily rate (ADR).
- Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and demand forecasting to inform pricing decisions.
- Manage room inventory across all distribution channels, ensuring optimal availability and pricing.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, occupancy, and profitability.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with business objectives.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on revenue performance and forecasts.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Revenue Manager or in a similar revenue optimization role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and revenue management software.
- In-depth understanding of pricing strategies, market segmentation, and demand forecasting principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience with various distribution channels and online travel agencies (OTAs).
