Revenue Operations Lead — Forecasting & Pipeline Health

TOPdesk is seeking a Revenue Operations leader in the UK to partner with regional sales leaders, drive forecast quality, and align quota planning with Finance and HR. You will own inputs for annual planning, maintain funnel metrics, and influence enrichment stack decisions to optimise performance.

You will manage a team of 3–4 directing forecasting, pipeline health, KPI dashboards, and CRM hygiene, ensuring data quality across EMEA markets in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
