Your Role

We are seeking a Revenue Performance Support Officer Apprentice to join our growing Commercial Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to earn while you learn, developing the knowledge, skills and experience needed for a career in commercial operations.

You'll support the delivery of advertising and revenue-generating activity across the Bee Network, working with colleagues and external partners to coordinate campaigns, maintain performance information and support financial and administrative processes.

Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll gain valuable experience in commercial administration, stakeholder engagement, reporting and business support, while making a real contribution to TfGM's commercial ambitions.

This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to work in the office at least 2 days per week at TfGM headquarters.

We're looking for someone who is organised, eager to learn and enjoys working with others. You'll have good communication skills, a positive attitude and a willingness to develop through your apprenticeship. Experience in an administrative, customer service or business support environment would be beneficial, but isn't essential. Most importantly, we're interested in your potential and enthusiasm to learn.

What we can offer you

As an apprentice, you will be given a 2-year apprenticeship contract, with a salary of £26,609 per annum depending on skills and experience. During this time, you will work full-time whilst studying for a Level 3 Business Administrator qualification. Your role will balance both work and study, ensuring you can fully commit to your apprenticeship whilst applying your learning directly to have a real impact for TfGM.

Please note: If you already holds an equivalent qualification or a higher-level qualification in the same subject area, you won't be eligible to undertake this apprenticeship. This is due to a funding rule set by central government which dictates that apprenticeships must evidence new learning. Examples of qualifications which would make a candidate Ineligible:

• Business Studies degree
• Already holds a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship from elsewhere

Examples of qualifications which wouldn't affect eligibility:

• Undergraduate degree in any non-Business subject (e.g. History, English, Sciences)
• Level 2 Business-related apprenticeship
• Business Studies GCSE, BTEC or equivalent
