Job Description
Revit MEP Coordinator – London – £50,000
A growing MEP contractor is looking for a Revit MEP Coordinator to join its design and delivery team, producing fully coordinated models and installation information across major London projects.
The Role
*
Coordinate mechanical, electrical and public health services in Revit.
*
Develop detailed MEP models from design information.
*
Produce coordinated installation drawings.
*
Manage model coordination throughout project delivery.
*
Carry out clash detection and resolution.
*
Use Navisworks to identify and resolve coordination issues.
*
Work closely with engineers, designers and project teams.
*
Coordinate MEP services with architectural and structural models.
*
Attend BIM and coordination meetings.
*
Update models following design changes.
*
Review consultant and subcontractor information.
*
Produce sections, plans and detailed installation information.
*
Ensure models meet project BIM requirements.
*
Maintain model accuracy and consistency.
*
Support site teams with technical drawing information.
*
Respond to RFIs and coordination queries.
*
Assist with technical problem solving.
*
Monitor model deliverables against project programmes.
*
Work across multiple project packages where required.
*
Support the development of BIM standards and processes.
Requirements
*
Strong experience using Revit MEP within building services.
*
Mechanical and/or electrical MEP coordination experience.
*
Good understanding of MEP installation and construction.
*
Experience with Navisworks and clash detection.
*
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
*
Strong attention to detail.
*
Previous MEP contractor experience advantageous.
Location: London Salary: £50,000 per annum
