Job Description
Revit MEP Coordinator – Liverpool – £45,000
An established building-services contractor is seeking a Revit MEP Coordinator to support the delivery of coordinated mechanical and electrical services across projects in Liverpool and the wider North West.
The Role
*
Produce and maintain coordinated MEP models using Revit.
*
Develop models from consultant and engineering information.
*
Create detailed installation drawings and layouts.
*
Coordinate mechanical and electrical services.
*
Identify clashes and develop practical solutions.
*
Use Navisworks for model review and coordination.
*
Work closely with project engineers and site teams.
*
Coordinate MEP services with architectural and structural information.
*
Attend coordination and design meetings.
*
Update models following design changes.
*
Review drawings and technical information.
*
Support the production of construction documentation.
*
Respond to coordination queries and RFIs.
*
Provide technical information to site teams.
*
Assist with design development and technical problem solving.
*
Maintain BIM standards and model quality.
*
Ensure models remain accurate throughout project delivery.
*
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
*
Track design changes and coordination requirements.
*
Support project delivery from design through to installation.
Requirements
*
Practical Revit MEP experience within the building-services sector.
*
Experience coordinating mechanical and/or electrical services.
*
Good understanding of MEP construction and installation.
*
Navisworks experience.
*
Ability to interpret technical drawings.
*
Strong attention to detail.
*
Contractor-side experience would be beneficial.
Location: Liverpool Salary: £45,000 per annum
