The Role
We are looking for an experienced Reward Partner to shape and deliver strategic reward programmes across Auto Trader. Working closely with senior leaders and People Partners, youll combine strategic thinking with hands-on detail to drive data-led, commercial reward decisions.
What Youll Be Doing
- Strategic & Cyclical Reward: Lead core reward activities including annual salary reviews, share awards, market benchmarking, job evaluation, and mandatory reporting.
- Advisory & Guidance: Act as a subject matter expert on pay, grading, and complex reward scenarios, ensuring alignment with our core reward principles.
- Senior Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leaders and People & Culture colleagues to influence decision-making, balancing strong governance with practical business needs.
- Governance & RemCo: Support key governance processes, including preparing papers for the Remuneration Committee (RemCo). xwwtmva
- Capability Building: Help elevate reward knowledge across the wider People team and continuously improve team processes.
