About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Rewind Fitter to join our motor repair team based in Grantham. This is a great opportunity for a skilled tradesperson to work on the rewind and repair of electric motors within a busy, hands-on workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out rewinding of electric motors to a high standard

• Strip, inspect, and rebuild motors as part of the repair process

• Diagnose faults and carry out necessary repairs

• Ensure all work is completed in line with quality and safety standards

• Work as part of a team to meet workshop deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 months' experience as a Rewind Fitter or in a similar motor repair role

• Sound understanding of electric motor construction and rewinding techniques

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
