RIBA Part II Architectural Assistant

About the Role

You will be involved in all stages of the design process, from initial concept sketches to the production of detailed construction information, contributing significantly to the firm's successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior architects in the preparation of design proposals, drawings, and models.
• Develop and refine architectural designs using Revit and other relevant software.
• Support the preparation of planning applications and building regulations documentation.
• Conduct research on materials, building technologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in design review meetings and contribute to team discussions.

Requirements

• Successful completion of RIBA Part II or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in Revit is essential; experience with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite is desirable.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design potential and technical ability.
• Understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to work in Belfast .
