Key Responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential risks across various business functions, including financial, operational, and strategic risks.
• Develop and implement risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and analyse data to quantify potential impacts.
• Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and report on the risk landscape to senior management.
• Collaborate with departments to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related analytical role.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and mitigation techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within the office.
