Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain risk models and methodologies to identify and quantify potential financial and operational risks.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and stress testing to evaluate the company's exposure to various market and economic conditions.
- Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with different departments to implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure adherence to risk policies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience in a risk management or analytical role, preferably within the financial services or insurance industry.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in statistical software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as Solvency II is a plus.
