About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive enterprise-wide risk management framework .
• Identify, assess, and prioritize potential risks across all business functions, including operational, financial, and strategic risks.
• Design and oversee the execution of risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk controls and the overall risk profile to senior management and the board.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and scenario analyses to anticipate future threats and opportunities.
• Promote a strong risk management culture through training, communication, and engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Risk Management role, preferably within the financial services or insurance sector.
• In-depth knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, frameworks (e.g., COSO), and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., IRM, PRMIA) are advantageous.
