Roaming Head Chef: Lead Seasonal Menus & Multi-Site

The Hesketh Arms is seeking a Roaming Head Chef to lead our kitchen across multiple sites, starting for our post-refurbishment opening. You’ll supervise the team, shape menus, and drive high standards with flexibility for training at sister sites.

Availability from 26 October 2026 for a two-week training period is required; earlier start possible at a sister site. We offer Up to £50,000 per annum including service charge, plus tips, flexible shifts, staff discounts on food and accommodation,
