Roofing Refurbishment PM (Hybrid, Commission & Bonus)

Roof Management Ltd (trading as RML Roofing Contractor) is seeking a Project Manager to lead roofing refurbishment projects from pre-start to handover, overseeing five to ten live schemes and ensuring safety, programme adherence and margin.

You will manage pre-starts, create programmes, control costs, handle client liaison and compile handover packs with O&M documentation, supported by a hybrid working model.
