Room Leader - Early Years (Level 3) & Team Mentor

RAFAKidz Limited Honington is hiring a Nursery Room Leader to create a stimulating, safe learning environment. You will be hands-on in daily care, lead the room, and model best practice for colleagues.

Ideal candidates will be a Level 3 Practitioner with at least one year in an early years setting and strong knowledge of EYFS outcomes to plan children’s learning and development.

The setting is near Bury St Edmunds, with a warm team and opportunities to develop professionally within RAFAKidz.
