Kids Planet Meadows is seeking a Room Leader to drive high-quality care and education in line with EYFS. You will lead a room, support colleagues, and build strong relationships with children and families to meet individual learning needs.

Excellent knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding is essential; leadership experience is desirable. The role offers ongoing training via KP Academy and a supportive central team.
