Room Leader: Lead Inspiring Early Years Team

Bright Horizons WoodLand is seeking a Room Leader in Gaydon, Warwickshire. You will lead and support a team to deliver exceptional care and education, guiding room staff to meet each child’s milestones and maintain safeguarding and welfare standards.

You will work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, in a setting rated Good by Ofsted. A Level 3+ Early Years qualification and strong EYFS knowledge are essential, with DBS clearance required before appointment.
