Room Leader Required in Islington

We are currently looking for a level 3 or above Early Years Room Leader for a wonderful nursery based in London. This is a full time role Monday to Friday. Their Room Leaders play a critical role in the successful operation of our world-class nursery

What you will be asked to do:

Responsibility for the day-to-day management of your own room encouraging good practice and being a good role model Provide the BEST experience for all children with safety and their wellbeing at the centre of focus Promote positive working relationships with the parents and colleagues within your room Responsibility for supporting your colleagues in ensuring that they are completing planning, milestones and observations to the highest standards Drive a fun, action-packed day of activities, following the EYFS framework Provide an enhanced and positive mealtime experience Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environmentConnaught Resourcing operates as an Employment Business and an Employment Agency.
