What you’ll bring to the table:
- The Credentials : A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (DfE compliant).
- The Knowledge : A rock‐solid understanding of EYFS , safeguarding, and Ofsted expectations.
- The Experience : Proven success working with the 0‑5 age group and the confidence to lead a small team.
