Room Manager, Early Years: Lead & Develop a Thriving Nursery

Cherubs Nurseries is seeking an Experienced Room Manager in Mansfield to lead a nursery room, drive everyday excellence, and coach Apprentices and Qualified Early Years Educators to deliver a robust curriculum. You will balance children’s needs with parents, staff, and business priorities, while taking on a designated role within the nursery.

In this role you’ll model high standards, oversee planning cycles, and ensure compliance with Cherubs Nurseries policies.
