About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, specify, and select rotating equipment for various industrial applications.
• Develop maintenance strategies, inspection plans, and repair procedures for critical rotating assets.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and prevent failures.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to rotating equipment operation and reliability.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure optimal equipment uptime.
• Conduct root cause failure analysis (RCFA) for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Substantial experience (e.g., 5+ years) in the field of rotating equipment engineering .
• In-depth knowledge of various types of pumps, compressors, turbines, and their associated systems.
• Familiarity with predictive maintenance techniques and technologies.
• Experience with API standards and other relevant industry codes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills.
