Rotational Business Management Graduate Programme

Zurich in Swindon is launching a 27-month Business Management Graduate programme starting September 2027. You’ll rotate across UK offices, gain real insurance experience, and build a broad network while developing leadership and commercial skills. The programme includes a Level 6 Senior Insurance Professional Apprenticeship (ACII) and relocation within the UK.
