Rough Sleeper Navigator — Outreach & Housing Support

Not For Profit People is advertising a Homelessness Outreach Support Worker role on behalf of a client. The position focuses on hands-on outreach to rough sleepers with complex needs, delivering end-to-end support to access accommodation, healthcare, benefits and services.

Based at Bradbury Centre and community settings, the role requires 37 hours per week and a rota including early mornings, late nights, weekends and bank holidays. A NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is advantageous.
