RPG LiveOps Director: Grow, Monetize, Lead

Homa is seeking a Director of Product to own the live RPG portfolio end-to-end. You will shape the product roadmap, liveops calendar, and monetization strategy for one or more live RPG titles, with the potential to expand as the portfolio grows.

You’ll lead a small, talented team of product, design, and economy experts, ensuring data-driven decisions drive growth and engagement across regimens and events. This is a senior, autonomous role with high impact.
