RTA Claims Legal Advisor: Settlements & Strategy

Carpenters Group seeks a non-qualified legal advisor or paralegal to support MOJ Part 8/Part 7 RTA claims. You will help progress motorbike and e-scooter related cases, assist in liability and damages reviews, and support settlements under supervision.

You will liaise with medical agencies, insurers and clients to optimise outcomes while contributing to performance targets. A hybrid working model is available.
