RTA Fee Earner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an RTA Fee Earner to join a growing and well-established personal injury law firm based in Huddersfield.

This RTA Fee Earner role is ideal for someone looking to build on their existing RTA experience and develop their litigation skills within a supportive team. The successful candidate will predominantly manage a caseload of Road Traffic Accident claims that have exited the OIC and MOJ Portal, progressing them through to litigation. The caseload will also include MIB Untraced and MIB Foreign claims.

The firm is keen to hear from candidates who have experience handling claims within the OIC and/or MOJ Portal and are looking to take the next step in their career. Previous experience managing a heavily litigated caseload is not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided to help the successful candidate develop their litigation expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of RTA claims that have exited the OIC and MOJ Portal through to litigation.
• Handle MIB Untraced and MIB Foreign claims.
• Progress files efficiently while maintaining excellent client care.
• Liaise with clients, insurers, medical experts and third parties.
• Work towards individual and team performance objectives while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

About You

We're looking for candidates who have:

• Previous experience handling RTA claims within the OIC and/or MOJ Portal.
• A strong understanding of the personal injury claims process.
